Teac ud-h01 DAC kernel module (driver)

Asked by Ivan Perrone

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie. Ubuntu 12.04, doesn't recognize the ud-h01 dac correctly. It's an asynchronous usb class2 dac (digital to analog converter). Ubuntu recognize the dac as a human interface devices (it's an audio device). Few days ago I found in teac site a resource, I hope this could be an easy way to solve the problem: https://www.teac.co.jp/support/opensource/form/
It seems they provide the source code for the driver. I've done the request. An automatic reply tells me I must wait 2 week for the response. A lot of people has the same problem. What do you think about the best way to solve this problem?

Regards,
Ivan

P:S. I apologize for my poor english, but I hope that you have understood what this post means.
