Never recieved Ubuntu member email address

I was approved as an official Ubuntu member on October 9th and i am supposed to get an @ubuntu.com email address which uses my launchpad user name and forwards to my email address. This never happened. <email address hidden> doesn't go to my inbox (yes i am checking the one that is associated with my launchpad account). Please help. I have contacted various people trying to get to the bottom of this.

I sent an email to danny.piccirillo AT ubuntu DOT com to test. It didn't bounce back yet so maybe it was delivered...somewhere. I am not an admin so I can't check your account but you might want to make sure you have a email address set as preferred. I don't see any email address listed on your account but I can for others. Not sure why but could be part of the problem.
