I have rebooted network, attempted to change network and no changes or responses. I hae twice reinstalled the whole ubuntu. Could it be ATT service provider blocking? I have not had this problem until currently. It all worked until three days ago.

No problem with internet connection, can use flash, adobe etc - surfing the internet fine. Just not able to retrieve updates or install new programs or delete programs. Some streaming works, while others gets unable to connect message.
