indicators lights off in Toshiba P735 with Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bit

Asked by nacenteno

I installed Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit in a new toshiba P735 as dual boot (CPU is Intel Core I3, Graphics is Intel, Wireless is intel).

On the windows side the buttons for the wireless, play, mute and volume up and down are backlighted.

When I start ubuntu buttons are lighted until the logon screen is displayed. After that the button backlight is off but buttons work.

Is it possible to tunr on the backlight?

Thanks.
