How do I add a drive

My PC that is, it seems, now a Ubuntu-only machine (see question 19299 at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/19299 ) - ANYWAY - not knowing any better I installed to the 10 GB drive (drive 0) and left the 160 GB drive (drive 1) unused. Since I don't expect to install another OS on this PC, how do I get that 160 GB drive put to good use in Ubuntu?
