ubuntu 12.04 beta doesn't shut down

There is problem with current Ubuntu 12.04 beta 64bit desktop. On my laptop DELL Vostro 3750 when i press Shut Down or Restart, Ubuntu goes till logo screen and stays like that and never shuts down or restarts. I tried Ctrl+Alt+F1 and i got commandline, but i couldn't write anything there. Only option was to hard shut down.

P.S. I didn't find how i could report this bug cause i do not know what package is creating this.

Press Cltr+Alt+T then type this command

sudo shutdown -h now
or
sudo init 0

and if you find it is not helpful ... report bug as 12.04 is not stable yet

Thanks, i will try, but it is still only partly solution, cause it should shut down normally from menu not just from command-line.
