update repositories on ubuntu 7.04

As a Ubuntu beginner I would like to know which repositories I need in Software sources/Third Party Software to keep my OS up to date. I have archive.canopnical.com/ubuntu fiesty commercial main. I am using Dell Inspiron 6400n Notebook. Thank you.
