I see two home folders, one "home" and the other "Home", can anyone help with this?

Asked by Syed Haseeb Ahmed

I see two home folders in ubuntu 11.10. One being "home" and the other "Home". The folder "Home" opens by default and I hit back icon on the above, I go the folder "home"(which is the correct one). So 2 home folders and I cannot save any of my work because I get an error message saying the path is incorrect. I need to have only one home folder. Any help will be appreciated.
