Running RedHat Enterprise Linux software on Ubuntu?

I have software from this company, Xilinx.

I need to be able to run this on my engineering computer, which runs Ubuntu 7.10. Right now I have it installed and running under Windows XP on the family computer, but it will not install under Ubuntu and it doesn't run under WINE.

Help please?

Yea, it looks like too much of a science experiment......I'll repartition using GParted and I'll have to submit to installing Windows XP so I can do this work. :(
