Please write a program to get rid of "Bing" virus

I didnot find the bug in a package. I have gotten this virus in every package I have had. I can get rid of it on a computer with windows with an antivirus program but ubuntu does not seem to have anything to take it off of my computer with ubuntu on it.
If I download certain things from the internet, it will suddenly popup and take over google and it is loaded with commercials and
things that one does not want. The computer will still operate but I don't appreciate something that I didnot ask for.
This the only thing that has shown up on my ubuntu programs and I have been running ubuntu for years.

the google virus that was circulating around a couple of years may be back. it was reported that the virus attaches it self to your router. try turning that off for a few minutes and see what happens.
