Evolution: Recurring appointment bug?

Possible bug in Evolution 2.28.3 on Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit:

After editing the summary of the first instance of a recurring appointment, it becomes impossible to edit the recurrence of instances #2+. The first instance seems to be reclassified as a one-time appointment, and the "Recurrence" section in the "Recurrence" popup of all instances (including #1) is grayed out, making it impossible to edit.

I am using "on this computer" calendars, with no synching to any other devices or services. I have verified this on both of the occasions where I tried to do it.

Just wanted to check before reporting a bug.
