Where to suggest improvments on ubuntu?

where can I post to suggest improvments? I have a list if some things that may could be done better on ubuntu.

For smaller improvements, you can submit a "bug"-report here in launchpad (https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug). Please make sure you mention in the description that this is a request for an improvement.

If you have a request for an improvement that has wider consequences or has substantial development time or requirement, you probably should rather submit a specification via the launchpad Blueprints (https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu).
