How can I cancel my Symantec subscription when they won't let me on their site with Firefox?

Asked by Jamesnichols

I don't use Windows any more. But Symantec has already taken 60 bucks out of my checking account for some reason. I've tried to access their website but they don't accept Firefox users. How am I to cancel the last of my Windows crap if they won't let me use Firefox? This makes me sick to my stomach. They owe me money, but won't let me access the website without IE. What in the hell am I supposed to do now?

Hi,

The site you directed me to was a little easier to use than I thought it
would be. I just copied and pasted the stuff on the site into a
terminal session.

I just don't understand why a company like Symantec would disallow
Firefox users. Seems to me that they're losing potential customers.

Thanks for your help.
