Which is better for me , ubuntu 64 bit or 32 bit ?
 my system config 1-intel 2 gen core i processor ,2- h67 chipset,3-8gb ram?

I suggest 32 bit for this cycle (oneiric). with the new release that comes in april, you can use the 64 bit version because on this version the 32 bit packages runs well.

You mean 12.04 version has better support for 64 bit version.
Right now 32 bit is better option,right.
