Unable to down load 'remmina' or 'rdesktop'

When tryng to down load either 'remmina' or 'rdesktop' thefollowing error was display "Fail to download pakage file" "Chek your internet connection"

I assume you can otherwise use the internet OK?

Are you using a proxy? If so, check it is set up:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/77222/ubuntu-11-10-software-center-proxy

Otherwise, try altering your ubuntu mirror - the mirror may be having troubles

Yes the internet works correctly, I do not use proxi.
How do I find which mirror I amusing, I did not set upany mirror ,how can I find wihch mirror I can Use.
Thank you for your help so far , please note I not avery competend user of Ubuntu ut I find it very good.

The mirror is set in the "software sources" program, or alternately can be manually altered in your /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ folder.

If this still does not work, can you please open a terminal (ctrl+alt+t), then copy and paste the following command:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install rdesktop

then post the results back here. Be aware that you will be asked for your password, however when you type, no confirmation will be given until you press enter.

Thank you for all your help , Tha sudo line did work and I can now conect to a remote machine
