dvorak keyboard layout

I was able to use DVORAK straight from the installer in Dapper, however this feature is apparently not in the Edgy installer yet. I do not know if it is a bug or they just haven't gotten around to it yet. I assume it will be available once they finally release it.

To further clarify your question, once Ubuntu is installed, you can change the keyboard layouts by going to System > Preferences > Keyboard on the GNOME panel, then click on the Layouts tab and you can change your layouts there.
