Ubuntu

translate in a new language

Hello,
i want to translate Ubuntu in My Language. but it is not listed on Ubuntu (launcpad.net/ubuntu). can you add it to Ubuntu, so i can translate it.
the Language is Kurdish(Kirmanci/dimili/Zazaki) and the iso639-2 Code is zza.

that language is spoken in Turkey and may be in Iran.
if i´m wrong here, let me know it. i hope someone can help me!!
