Starting a Secwepemc(shs) Language Project

This is probably an obvious question for someone, with an obvious location for the answer, but not to me.
So I'm asking it here. I'd like to start a project to translate Ubuntu into Secwepemctsin (shs). This has
not been done before, in any distro.
I've collected fonts to use. Created a workable keyboard map, and a set of words to use.
