Why are the errors while upgrading ubuntu to 7.10 from internet?

The errors while upgrading to 7.10 from internet are like this:::
cdrom:[Ubuntu 7.04 _Feisty Fawn_ - Release i386 (20070415)]/dists/feisty/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz: Please use apt-cdrom to make this CD-ROM recognized by APT. apt-get update cannot be used to add new CD-ROMs

remove the cd-rom from your package sources via system->administration->package sources/repositories

i used the CD of 7.04 and in konsole i did sudo apt-cdrom add
