Try re-installing the gnome-system-tools package (it contains disks-admin).

To do this, open a terminal (Applications --> Accessories --> Terminal) and type:

sudo apt-get --reinstall gnome-system-tools

After you type your password, it should reinstall the package and you should be good to go.

i've reported a bug about this ... look if you have any usb drives, remove then, and try again!

Can you help with this problem?
