How do I make an Icon for FireFTP?

Asked by Riverrun

At present FireFTP is residing in Applications>Internet and I'd like to replace the default launcher icon with something that's easier on the eye. I thought of using Gimp but I failed to call up the required image...couldn't find FireFTP. There must be a simple way of substituting the Launcher Icon with someting nicer. Can someone help?

Open "Alacarte", go to FireFTP, right-clic on it and choose "Properties"... click on the image and choose the right directory of your personal icon.
