How to start KDE Helpcenter?

If I want to read the KReversi Handbook I get a message: "could not launch the KDE Help Center: could not find service 'khelpcenter'.
How can I install this service?

Execute the following commands to install khelpcenter.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install khelpcenter

perhaps this installation can be done by default if one installs a KDE game?

I have exactly the same problem with the khelpcenter as above. I've got an advice to install Kubuntu desktop, but it doesn't help. Now I used this command too. After a lot of updating och installations I get the same message when I try to open Help in Kommander: "could not launch the KDE Help Center: could not find service 'khelpcenter'. Can you give any further advice?

I have done the installation of khelpcenter with sudo apt-get...but it doesn't work more and the command line says to me it is installed

I'm having the same problem on Xubuntu 8.10 (x86_64).
The package is installed, but I still get the error.
