How to package Python modules for Ubuntu?

I have a lot of Python packages downloaded from the net. Most of them are not yet in Ubuntu.

Can you indicate me a way how to prepare pythonpackages that they can get included into the repositories?

Generally, a lot of information can be found on the pages of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU. For python, in paticularly, I would contact some of the contacts on this page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Teams/Python
