when booting error: Address Line A20 already enabled

When booting UBUNTU for the first time from the cd I receive hte following message:
Address Line A20 already enabled

and the booting stops there.
Any clue?

From some quick googling, that's something to do with either your keyboard or memory.

Solutions I found was setting your BIOS to failsafe defaults, or trying a PS2 keyboard rather than a USB one

You can also try moving the USB keyboard or mouse to different port(s).
