How to convert logs to csv format excluding spaces?

How to convert logs to csv format excluding spaces in ubuntu 11.04. so that I can store it into a database..
My log format is this:
1 Time(s): [ 0.498689] ACPI: Executed 1 blocks of module-level executable AML code
I want to have 1 Times in column 1, the number [ 0.498689] in second column and remaining in the third column.
