Cannot dual boot vista with ubuntu

First of all apologies if this is similar to other questions, I read through a lot of very helpful answers but wasn't entirely sure which bits applied to my case so thought I'd ask from scratch.
I've just installed Ubuntu onto my laptop, attempting to partition the disk to dual run vista & ubuntu.
BUT
Since installing ubuntu I can only boot ubuntu and I now have a horrible suspicion I've actually just wiped vista completely.
I've copied my system info below, I would be SO grateful for any advice,

So am I right in thinking that Vista has gone forever? Not a huge problem if it has as I was planning on switching my laptop to Ubuntu anyway, just not quite so quickly. And if so do I need to do anything or can I just continue to run ubuntu from hereon?
