when i am installing the google-talk plugin i am getting the error.. i tried for many times but the dependencies are not getting installing could u please tell me what should i install for this particular error...

Which distribution of Ubuntu are you using?

The repos for Lucid (10.4) and upwards support >=2.11

Before 10.4 (such as 8.04) do not have such recent versions.

try to open a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get -f install
