A pdf manager (like Yep or iPapers for the Mac)?

Hi,

I'm looking for an application to manage my collection of pdf files (mostly scientific papers and e-books).

Some Googling turned up Yep (http://thekip.com/yep/index.html) and iPapers (http://ipapers.sourceforge.net/iPapers.html), which both seem to do what I want, but they are only for the Mac platform.

So, my question is, is there a comparable program for Ubuntu?

I haven´t heard of a programa like these.

I have lots of PDFs, I use common nautilus folders to manage them.

I can see PDF thumbnails, I can tag them, I can use emblems on them, I can search using tracker search tool in the content.

Can you help with this problem?
