I can't find how to get Earthlink dialup to work, can someone help?

Get the phone numbers for your area from Earthlink either over the phone or their website with another computer. Then, take a look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupModemHowto, as once you have the numbers it's just a matter of setting up the modem (not Earthlink-specific).
