Could not establish connection to sound server. ALSA
Testing pipeline Default Plugin used for input and output. Gstreamer - Properties command used to access the page.

With what programm did you try to record? And what error message did you get exactly?

Support request # 1705 related to Gnome which has been resolved.

It is stated above "Support request # 1705 related to Gnome which has been resolved." and I am going nuts trying to find out where I can find how it was resolved.
