How to keep firestarter running

Asked by swift240

Hi all,
I am using Ubuntu 7.10 from being upgraded from Ubuntu 7.04.
Ok this is my problem when I run Firestarter it goes to the top right panel, ok no problem, BUT now and then it just closes it self down.
How can I keep it running all the time, without out it shutting it self down?
I have set the prefs to enable and to keep it running.
I am behind a router a D-Link 604, so do I need to use Firestarter?

Thank you,

Mike.

when you use firestarter it is running in the background even if there no tray icon, but if you go into edit/preferences you can click on tray icon when close.
