printer driver?

I have a printer with name hp psc 1215 all in one. How can i use that with Ubuntu? I'm a ex windows user and new in Linux.

have you tried system-->adminisration-->printing(with the printer plugged in of course)You can use the 1210 driver under HP. This will work fine. Make sure you have hpoj installed.

hpoj is for scanning. So if you want to scan to install hpoj. Just a note I believe dapper already has this installed.

I assume you are using Dapper.
You don't need to install anything for your PSC to work, please don't install hpoj since it is deprecated in favour of hplip (which is installed by default).
Please follow this tutorial for setting up the printing part: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HpPrinterInstallationAndMaintenanceDapper.
For setting up the scanning part it should be enough to add yourself to the scanning group by running the following command on a terminal:
$ sudo adduser <yourusername> scanner
