mmio address already in use

im taking this message(mmio address already in use) on ubuntu boot screen and then a black screen. and its not open.
(i used nomodeset on installing ubuntu if is it make difference)

how can i fix it?

Could you boot with previous version of kernel ?

This also affect Ubuntu Server AMD64 11.10 (Fully updated / patched at time of writing this)
