Is unbuntu can be run on PPC G3

I have Apple Ppc G3 machine and i want to install ubuntu on it
i want to ask that is any version available for my machine
if it available please give the link also

Disclaimer: I am not a mac user, nor have I ever used a ppc processor with ubuntu.

That being said, according to http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/gutsy/release/ the link is here:

There is also the alternate install cd available here:

Official PPC support was dropped quite some time ago, but it is still community supported.

Regarding the topic in hand of running ubuntu on a g3, it is probably best to go with the xubuntu derivative as this is more lightweight. http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/ports/releases/7.10/release/xubuntu-7.10-desktop-powerpc.iso
