Keyringmanager keeps asking password at logon

With Ubuntu Feisty, I used libpam-keyring to unlock the keyring at logon.
Since I upgraded to Gutsy, I get the unlock dialog every time.

Forum users suggest checking some checkbox on that unlock dialog, but there is no such checkbox on that dialog. Keyring manager says it is 2.20.0

How can I have Gutsy unlock my keyring at logon? It is supposed to do so but it doesn't :(

The solution outlined in the link above does not work for gutsy (a fresh install, anyway), as /etc/pam.d/common-pamkeyring does not exist. This file was included in the feisty package "libpam-keyring", but this package is not available in gutsy.
