7.10 DVD v. CD

It seemed 7.04 had a DVD, but 7.10 is only available in CD. Will there be a 7.10 DVD? What is not in 7.10 for coming in a CD instead of a DVD? (Would that make 7.04 better choice, perhaps?) Thanks!

From what I can see, 7.10 is available in DVD :

Do you mean you wanted a 7.10 CD ??
