keeps showing take a break and wont let you do anything

My son changed something so now I can only use the computer for 60 sec then an X pops up and it says "take a break" and counts down for 60 sec. So I get a minute to do something then I have to sit for a minute, do something for a minute, then sit for a minute, etc. How do I get it to stop doing this?

Assuming you are running 10.10 or earlier

System -> Preferences -> Keyboard

Look in the "typing break" tab.

If running 11.04, search for "Keyboard preferences", or just "keyboard", and locate the keyboard preferences application
