Incorrect mythv dependency in Gutsy?

Asked by Michael

In Feisty, I could install the mythfrontend by itself (I'm running the backend on a different computer). On Gusty, when I select the mythfrontend, it forces me to install the backend also. These two packages should be able to be installed completely independently because you can run the backend and frontend on seperate computers. Please help!

Thanks

I'm pretty sure mythtv-backend is a suggested package for mythtv-frontend on Gusty, not a required dependency. If I try to install mythtv-frontend I only see,

The following NEW packages will be installed
  cabextract libavc1394-0 libdbd-mysql-perl libdbi-perl libfreebob0
  libiec61883-0 libjack0 libmyth-0.20 libnet-daemon-perl libplrpc-perl
  libqt3-mt-mysql msttcorefonts mysql-client mysql-client-5.0 mythtv-common
  mythtv-frontend pwgen

Strange!
