How do you restore or recover all the Screensavers?

I was using KDE and somehow all the screensavers disappeared except GL ones but none of them will even launch.they seem dead. Is there a way to re-install all the original screensavers and remove the dead ones from the list?

Did you try to just reinstall the packages for the screensavers?

Looks like the package name is "kscreensaver"

If after reinstallation it's still not working, try to create a new user, log in using this new account, and check if they are working. If they do, means that's a setting in your account. You could then just find the folder for kscreensaver settings, and delete it.
