error in updating ubuntu 7.04 feisty fawn to 7.10

Am getting this errors when am trying to upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10 :

Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/feisty-security/main/binary-amd64/Packages.bz2 MD5Sum mismatch
Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/feisty-security/universe/binary-amd64/Packages.bz2 MD5Sum mismatch

so how can i solve the problem

Have you tried following this set of instructions?

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading

You need to make sure that everything is up to date before the upgrade starts... that might help??

i followed all the instruction on and ma system is updated but i still have the same error everytime i want to upgrade

Open System -> Admin - Software Origins and choice a better server from your location.
