Watching Video with any program Totem, gXine, VLC, Mplayer screen corruption with ProSavage8 on Gutsy

When Watching Video with any program (Totem, gXine, VLC, Mplayer) I get some level of screen corruption, a screenshot here:

The system itself works perfectly.
Fresh install of Feisty upgraded to Gutsy.
