I really need help. i feel like i can't wait for someone to answer my question. Is there a customer support phone number i can call and they'll work with me until the problem is resolved?

I can no longer access my wireless, it is fine on my pc and my husbands gateway. I tried to download vista and and it went to a straight file, then it says i can't. It says i have to open it with an application that never works. I really don't like this system and I am trying to download vista or xp. I can't download zuma or any other big fish games.
