No more network applet

This is too much frustrating for me the Vendor cheated me for Network adapter ethernet Realtek 8139d it works fine in windows giving me throttling output but its actually SILAN
HANZOU based china cheap/fake NIC card.i was wondering when it will work in ubuntu,ubuntu doesnt recognize the card nor even if i compile the modules myself and loaded using "INSMOD sc92031.ko".i hate to say ubuntu still needs improvement in many departments.When i load card module i get network applet/system hanging. whats the solution to this serious problem,i recently tried to install opensuse 10.3 and it recognizes my card."GREAT".

The card is still used by most of the users in india and china countries,i have p4 system.my network uses DHCP-LAN connection.

Please try to load kernel module typing "sudo modprobe sc92031".
If that does not work, the output of "lspci" would help, as somebody can check if another kernel module would be compatible.
