How to report an ubuntu-bug if you don't have a proper installed ubuntu

ISO-testing. I installed Ubuntu Desktop i386 - build 20110329.1 into a virtual machine (Virtual Box).
If I try the option : Try ubuntu, then no panels are being displayed => how can I try ?
I can install ubuntu, but after installation, I don't have any panels at at all. How can I report the bug in such a case?
Other problems : Ubiquity doesn't ask the Keyboard-layout. The timezone is properly determined, but the timezone has no
relationship with the keyboard-mapping
