What the Hell is going on

how do i get in touch with customer service? I haven't been able to find one customer service number on this damn site. I've been waiting for hours for a little help! Originally only the input on my computer was out because of this dang system. I followed SOME IDIOTS advice on this site and now output isnt working either! I need some help, or a number that I can call to report this to!! The ubuntu website doesn't say anything about all the problems it has only how good it is! You should be sued for false advertisement.

Please clam down, don't need your rants. Their is no number, if you want live one-on-one help/expertise you have to go on irc. #ubuntu and #ubuntu-beginners are great channels for help. You can use irc through the web here http://webchat.freenode.net/
