How to install kdebase

How to install kdebase ? When I am trying to install it from software center(If I write Kdebase in the search-box ,it gives KNetAttach) , it it saying that untrusted software. If I find it from synaptic it gives no. of packages which should I install? thanks

yes you can install it from synaptic, the other packages that you are required to install are the dependencies of this particular package. You must install those packages to install the one that you require.

and oh if you are interested in installing kde with ubuntu you can give the following command in the terminal:
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
