Go to System->Preferences->Keyboard, keyboard layout and check the keys "p","l","h","l","backspace","w" these keys do not work with my laptop. I have purchased additionally another keyboard which is US 101 Key. It works with that temporarily as it is cumbersome to work with an additional keyboard please configure my laptop keyboard to work properly. Please reply me.

Try installing keytouch and keytouch-editor (sudo apt get install keytouch keytouch-editor) and see if you can fix any of the broken keys this way. (I'm sure theres a better way but this might serve as a immediate solution)

Can you help with this problem?
