Having problems installing themes

Hello
I'm trying to install a different theme for ubuntu but every time I download one appears as a file or a little box icon in my desktop and I dont know what to do to install it. When I open it it does not have any install or setup selection. What can I do ?

Open the Theme Manager and try a drag and drop of the icon into Theme manager area or push the Install button and open the downloaded theme file.

To try it please visit http://art.gnome.org/themes then enter into a theme then drag and drop into Theme Manager area the on line theme download icon.
