Upgrade to 7.10Ubuntu and keep files?

If i upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10, will i still be able to keep all of my documents or will they be erased

Your document are .not. erased but i suggest you to make a backup of them.
In other words your home directory will remain untouched.

Thanks just what i wanted to hear because i have some bugged out stuff and think that upgrading it will fix it
