password prevents access from files and wont download updates

i cant access the alot of programs or exucute commands because it askes me for a password which i have not set. I think passwords may be pon a keyring? Not sure how get rid of this process! It is preventing me from updating and using updating programs and general administrative stuff. Help?

"a password which i have not set." You probably set a password during installation. For preventing virus, entering installation password is mandatory. The entered password will be remembered some minutes, so you can chain sudo commands.
